COLORADO
SPRINGS PROGRAMS:
THEATER BATTLE MANAGMENT CORE SYSTEM (TBMCS)
The
TBMCS integration contract bring together three formerly separate military command
and control systems to develop a comprehensive Air Mission Planning and Executions
System.
CSO has actively participated with 6 other teammates in developing and deploying
a system that allows rapid distribution and sharing of common data amongst disparate
applications. This allows TBMCS users to carry out a synchronized process of data
analysis, planning, preparation and execution with up to date technology on a
daily basis.
TBMCS
users have experienced significant productivity gains over their previous processes
with increased flexibility. Because of its flexibility, TBMCS is allowing new
applications to be introduced rapidly with significantly reduced cost and effort.
CSO has played key roles in Training Development, Database Design and Development,
System Architecture, Software Engineering, System Administration Configuration
Managment and System Testing on TBMCS.

JOINT
EXPEDITIONARY FORCES EXPERIMENT (JEFX)
JEFX
employs
TBMCS in an experimental exercise that
helps
our customer improve its
command and control systems and the processes
that employ them. Each experiment allows
users to evaluate new hardware and software
that enhance TBMCS' capabilities, and
work on new processes that improve the
way the system is employed. Often these
"initiatives" work their way into the
baseline TBMCS program. BAE Systems has
employees from the Colorado Springs office
who play very important roles in JEFX.
