ARG! Cartoon Animation, a division of CityStar® Group, Inc., is currently reviewing portfolios for our International Cartoon Animation Internship Program. Please fill out an online application form if you are interested in an unpaid internship. Life drawing skills are a must.

The program is highly selective. You need to be able to draw from life, and be willing to commit a minimum of 6 weeks to working and learning in our newly expanded Colorado Springs studio. If you make the maximum commitment of 26 weeks in the program, you will emerge as a studio-trained assistant animator. In addition, we will soon offer virtual, telecommuting internships.

ARG! Cartoon Animation is a small, independent studio that has over 26 years of motion picture and TV screen credits. The studio has a relatively low annual output, usually just a few minutes of finished work for film and TV, but produces a large amount of new media for use on cellular phones, in software, and especially for our popular Web site. www.artie.com has 15,000 original animations on display, has thousands of pages, and gets up to 73 million hits a month worldwide. The Web site is a significant ad vehicle, showing more than 4 million ads each month for companies such as A&E, American Family Insurance, AT&T, Bell South, Capital One, DirecTV, Fox Sports, Hallmark, Keebler, MSN, National Geographic, Safeway, and Wal*Mart.
