Jeffrey D.
Kaiser, CCIM, has been a licensed real estate professional since
1979, and has specialized in commercial brokerage in Colorado
Springs since 1983. Among his assignments, Kaiser was a senior
broker in charge of national, sealed bid listing and sale for assets
in seven states for the Resolution Trust Corporation. The book value
for this portfolio was in excess of $100 million.
Kaiser has
extensive sales and marketing experience with all facets of
commercial brokerage including office, land, industrial, investment
sales and leasing. He is a former President of the REALTORS®
Commercial and Industrial Society; serves now as an officer for the
REALTOR® Service Corporation of the Pikes Peak Association of
REALTORS®; and has also served on the Association's Ethics
Committee. He is a former nine-year member of the Junior Achievement
of Colorado Springs Board of Directors; served as it Vice-President;
and chaired the organizations fund raising for two years. Kaiser has
also recently been involved in board activities with the local YMCA,
and has assisted with its fund raising.
A contributing
writer to the Colorado Springs Business Journal, Kaiser has also
served as an expert witness in real estate legal matters, and has
completed numerous court appointed receiverships. He has conducted
sales and professional training sessions for real estate licensees
in the Colorado Springs metropolitan area.
Kaiser has held
the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation since 1987. It is awarded only to those commercial real
estate professionals who have extensive training and industry
experience, and who complete a rigorous study program. The
designation is held by less than one percent of all real estate
agents nationally.
Kaiser is
married and has two children. He is actively involved in a
local church and enjoys fly fishing, golf, mountain biking and
other outdoor activities. |
