Windows 95/98 Setup Walkthrough

Double-click on "My Computer", then double-click "Dial-Up Networking". Next, double-click on "Make New Connection".

In the "make a new connection" dialog, type in CityStar® Connect for the connection name, select your modem, and click "Next."

Type in the phone number from our location list that you will be utilizing and then click "Next," and then click "Finish." (NOTE: do not enter an area code)
