For automated tech support including fax-back, call (719) 559-4664 and enter reference code 1000, or e-mail support@citystar.com.

Remember that your dial-up login name (username) is in the format of csc0000@usa or csc0000@world.net. Your e-mail login is different; it is the part of your e-mail address before the "@" sign. For instance example@citystar.com may log in for e-mail as "example" but her dial-up login might be csc0819@surf.net.
