CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

Many emails are sent every day. Some of them are not welcome. If you find many of these unwanted messages are from the same sender, you can block all mail from that sender in Outlook Express.

To add an email address to the list of blocked senders, open a message from the person you want to block and select Message | Block Sender... from the menu. Outlook Express automatically adds the sender to the list of blocked senders.
