CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

Domain Name Search:

Select the Sending Mail category, and verify that your Return address and SMTP server are correctly entered, as shown below.

Select the OK button, and your Eudora email settings are complete.
