CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

Do you offer technical support to customers?

Yes. We encourage our customers to send email to support@citystar.com with questions or concerns about their web site. We are relatively quick to respond to support e-mail up to about 8pm MST on week days. If we cannot offer a solution to a concern within a reasonable timeframe, we will invite you to call us or we'll call you directly. Our Deluxe and Premium hosting plans also include toll-free phone support.
