Where do I get help?
CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

Domain Name Search:

You will start configuring WS_FTP in the following areas:

Profile Name: This is any name you wish to identify your FTP information, i.e. "My CityStar Site"
Host Name: citystar.com
Host Type: UNIX or Automatic Detect
User ID: Your login name (same as for your e-mail)
Password: Password (same as for your e-mail... BE SURE to put a check in the Save Password box)
The remaining entries should remain empty.
