CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

Troubleshooting: You are unable to login to your site.

If you receive an error message stating that your login and password are incorrect or invalid, please verify that you have entered the information correctly into your FTP program.

If you receive an error message stating that the server cannot be located, be certain that you are currently connected to the Internet. If so, exit your FTP program and try again in a few moments. Please note that if your site has just recently been created or has been moved to CityStar from an outside server, it may take two or three days for the name resolution to propagate across the Internet. You should be able to reach your site within two days of changing its nameservers. If the problem persists, please e-mail CityStar support.
