CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

    Domain Name Search:       
Select POP3 as your server type, as shown below.  If your email account is @citystar.com (for example, rsmith@citystar.com), your incoming mail server is: mail.citystar.com.  If you are a web hosting customer, your incoming mail (POP3) server is named mail.yourdomain.com.  Your outgoing mail server when using a CityStar® dialup connection should be smtp.citystar.us if your dialup username is in the form of 12345@citystar.com. Your outgoing mail or SMTP server should be smtp.safepages.com if your dialup username is in the form of csc1234@pop.net, csc1234@world.net, csc1234@usa, or csc1234@surf.net.
