10. Ask the customer if they want to set up their mail now. In the "Set Up Your Internet Mail Account" dialog box, click Yes or No, and click Next to continue. Clicking yes will go through a setup wizard for Outlook Express, ending at step 11. Clicking "No" will take them to step 11.

11. You now have finished setting up your Remote Access account.
