CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

    Domain Name Search:       
Enabling Remote Access Service
  1. Click on the Add button.
  2. Choose Remote Access Service then click OK
  3. Make sure that the NT installation disk is in the proper drive.
  4. Click on the Continue button.
  5. Verify that the modem selected is the one you are using by clicking the OK button.
  6. Click on the Configure button at the bottom.
  7. Under the Port Usage section make sure it is enabled to dial out. Click on the OK button.
  8. Click on the Network button.
  9. Make sure TCP/IP is the only protocol selected.
  10. Click on the OK button.
  11. Click on the Continue button.
  12. Click on the Yes button to reboot.
Protocols Tab
Leave alone.

Adapters Tab:
Leave alone.

Bindings Tab:
Leave alone.

Select OK to close the Network window. If you had to add Remote Access Services, reboot your computer now.
