CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

Domain Name Search:

Dial-Up Networking

Select Dial-Up Networking from either My Computer or the Start menu.

Choose New and get the Phonebook Entry window, which has 5 tabs. If this is the first time going into dial up networking it will bring up a phone entry setup wizard.

Setup Wizard Walkthrough

Click on the OK button.
Name the Phone Book Entry, then click on the Next button.
Put a check mark in front of the 3 selections then click the Next button.
Enter in area code (if necessary) and the phone # for the local POP, then click on the Next button.
Select PPP, then click on the Next button.
Select run this script.
Within the script listing, choose Generic
Click on the Next button.
Leave IP blank (even if you have a static IP.), then click on the Next button.
Enter in the DNS server IP: 198.6.1.218, then click on the Next button.
Press the Finish button to save Configuration.
