CityStar's self help resources are more than plentiful, but if you need additional assistance you may send an Automated Support Ticket and a CityStar® technician will respond quickly.

    Domain Name Search:       
You Are Now Ready To Dial!
  1. Click on the Dial button.
  2. Enter in the Username and the Password
  3. DO NOT ENTER A DOMAIN.
  4. Click on the OK button.
  5. Next you will see a terminal window.
  6. It will prompt you for a login and password
  7. The password will not show up when you type it
  8. You will then begin to see random characters scroll across your screen.
  9. When you see this click on the done button.
